As my astute hubby pointed out this morning, a breaking news headline announcing a weather forecaster's prediction of a very active hurricane season is not news. Apparently, CNN even recognizes this -- in the highlight box above the story, one bullet says "Last year, [this forecaster's] forecast, like others, overestimated storms."
Bigger news would be "Forecaster Predicts Hurricane Season Will be So-So."
