Behold

Our first brisket. Mmmm. Mason tended the fire and I am proud to say I carved it. The house still smells like smoke.

nice carving- if you get sick of your current job, you could always become a butcher. haha! or perhaps something more sophosticated like a chef or a meat slicer for a really fancy restaurant... oh, the possibilities are endless!
